2005 LSU Tigers football team - Despite all of the distractions about Hurricane Katrina since it rocked the Gulf of Mexico, most noteably, Louisiana on August 29, 2005 LSU still managed to finish its season with an 11-2 record capped off by a 40-3 victory over a strong University of Miami team in the Peach Bowl without its starting QB, JaMarcus Russel. The end of the game, however, was marred when some Miami players rushed to the LSU tunnel and started fighting.
